Cancellation & Refund Policy for Flying Arow
At Flying Arow, we are committed to providing you with high-quality badminton equipment and a smooth shopping experience. We understand that sometimes, you might need to cancel an order or return a product. This policy outlines our procedures for cancellations, returns, and refunds.
By placing an order with Flying Arow, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Order Cancellation
Before Shipment: You may cancel your order for a full refund if your order has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately with your order number.

After Shipment / During Transit: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you wish to return the product after it has been shipped, you will need to follow our Return Policy (Section 2). In such cases, the shipping charges incurred by us (both to you and for return) Shall be deducted from your refund.
Cancellation by Flying Arow: We reserve the right to cancel an order for various reasons, including but not limited to:
Product unavailability or discontinuation.
Errors in product pricing or description.
Issues with payment processing.
Suspected fraudulent activity.
Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure).
Violation of our Terms & Conditions.
In such cases, you will be notified promptly, and any payment made will be fully refunded within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
2. Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Flying Arow products. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as described, you may request a return.
Eligibility for Returns:
Damaged/Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs or videos of the damage/defect and the original packaging.
Wrong Product Delivered: If you receive a product different from what you ordered, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the incorrect product.
Unused & Original Condition: For any other return requests (e.g., if you change your mind), the product must be unused, in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact. This type of return may be subject to our discretion and a restocking fee.
Return Window: Eligible returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items:
Products that have been used, altered, or are not in their original condition.
Products with missing tags, labels, or original packaging.
Products damaged due to misuse or neglect by the customer.
Items that are part of a “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” promotion (clearly marked at the time of purchase).
How to Initiate a Return:
Contact our customer service team via email or phone within the stipulated return window.
Provide your order number, reason for return, and clear photographs/videos of the product (if applicable).
Our team will review your request within 2 business days and provide instructions for return.
Reverse Pickup: For eligible returns, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your delivery address. Please ensure the product is securely packed to prevent further damage during transit.
Self-Ship (If Reverse Pickup Unavailable): In rare cases where our reverse pickup service is not available in your area, you may be required to self-ship the product to our designated address. We will provide you with the address and reimburse reasonable shipping costs upon receipt and inspection of the product (please provide a courier receipt and tracking ID).
3. Refund Policy
Once your returned item is received and inspected by our quality control team, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Approval: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of approval.
Refund Method: All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your bank account or credit card statement, depending on your bank’s policies.
Deductions:
Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product delivered by Flying Arow.
Return Shipping Charges: Return shipping costs will be covered by Flying Arow only if the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product. For other reasons, the customer may bear the return shipping costs, or they may be deducted from the refund amount.
Restocking Fee: For returns initiated due to a change of mind or reasons other than product damage/defect, a reasonable restocking fee may be applied and deducted from the refund. This will be communicated to you before processing the return.
Refund Timeline for Canceled Orders: For orders cancelled before shipment, refunds will be initiated within 3-5 business days of cancellation.
4. Important Notes
We recommend retaining all original packaging and proof of purchase (invoice) for any return or refund requests.
Any product returned without a prior return authorization from Flying Arow may not be accepted for a refund.
Flying Arow reserves the right to make the final decision on all cancellation, return, and refund requests based on the condition of the product and the specifics of the case.
