1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders placed on flyingarow.com are typically processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1-2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).

  • Orders placed after business hours on Saturday, on Sundays, or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Methods & Partners

We partner with reputable courier services in India to ensure reliable and timely delivery across the country. Our primary shipping partners include:

  •  Delhivery, Blue Dart, Ekart, India Post Speed Post, etc. 

We select the best courier partner for your order based on your delivery location, package size, and chosen shipping speed.

3. Delivery Timelines (Estimated)

The estimated delivery time varies depending on your location and the shipping zone. Please note that these are estimated timelines and actual delivery may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, courier delays, or public holidays.

  • Local / Within Karnataka (Zone A/B): 2-4 business days after dispatch.

  • Metro Cities (e.g., Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad - Zone C): 3-7 business days after dispatch.

  • Rest of India (Tier 2/3 Cities & Other States - Zone D): 5-10 business days after dispatch.

  • North East & Jammu & Kashmir (Zone E): 7-14 business days after dispatch (due to logistical challenges).

You will receive an estimated delivery date at checkout and in your order confirmation email.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated based on the total order value, package weight, dimensions, and the delivery pin code (shipping zone).

  • Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders above ₹[Insert your Free Shipping Threshold, e.g., 999]/-

5. Order Tracking

6. Delivery Attempts & Unsuccessful Delivery

  • Our courier partners typically make 2-3 delivery attempts.

  • If delivery is unsuccessful after these attempts, the package may be held at the nearest courier facility for a few days for customer pickup, or it will be returned to our warehouse.

  • In case of a return to our warehouse due to unsuccessful delivery attempts (e.g., incorrect address, recipient unavailable), we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

  • If we are unable to reach you or re-delivery cannot be arranged, a refund will be processed as per our Cancellation & Refund Policy, deducting any applicable shipping and return charges.

7. Packaging

We ensure that all Flying Arow products are securely and carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. Our packaging is designed to protect your badminton equipment, ensuring it arrives in pristine condition.

8. Shipping Limitations

  • We currently ship only within India.

  • We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.

  • Delivery to certain remote or restricted areas may have longer delivery times or may not be serviceable by all courier partners. You will be notified during checkout if your pin code is not serviceable.

9. Delays & Exceptions

While we strive for timely deliveries, please understand that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes cause delays. These may include:

  • Extreme weather conditions

  • Natural calamities (e.g., floods, earthquakes)

  • Public holidays or festivals

  • Political disturbances

  • Courier service interruptions

  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
